Exchange or return infoWe understand the importance of getting the sizing just right when it comes to leather belts. If you need to exchange the size, use our quick exchange portal to start an exchange and we'll get you your correct size right away. 

NAB Leather is committed to providing only the highest quality leather products. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund any unused items within 30 days of receiving your product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received the wrong product or wrong size, we will gladly replace it at no charge to you. 

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Personalized and Engraved Products

At NAB Leather, we take great care in crafting personalized and engraved products to meet your specific requests. As these items are custom-made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the engraving made by us.

Please note:

  • Personalized and engraved products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • If you receive a personalized item that is defective or has been engraved incorrectly, please contact our customer service team at sales@nableather.com or 9057571084 within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check all personalization details before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
