Crafted from the finest 12-13oz pebble-grain American bison leather, the Maverick belt is 30% thicker than our standard belt. This bison leather is buttery soft to the touch and will naturally mold to your waist, offering a truly custom fit. The pebble grain leather will develop a unique patina over time, giving it a timeless, vintage look. Bison leather is naturally supple, but we've also drum rolled it for 45 minutes for extra softness, making it comfortable to wear all day long.

One solid piece of leather. No bonded belts, period. This results in a belt that minimizes stretch and will never break or crack at the holes. The tough full grain leather is taken from the hide and handcrafted into a belt that you'll pass down to your kids.

100% FULL GRAIN AMERICAN BISON LEATHER: Handcrafted pebble-grain leather belt for that clean simple look. At 12-13oz, it is 30% thicker than standard. A square silver removable buckle and a matching hoop make this a timeless belt.

EXCHANGEABLE BUCKLE: Buckle can be removed and exchanged for any buckle of your choice allowing for maximum versatility.

MADE IN CANADA, ETHICALLY PRODUCED: Every piece of leather made is from a bi-product of the food industry. We strictly avoid suppliers known to sacrifice animals just for the skin. The leather is tanned using an organic method known as vegetable tanning. This method relies on the use of natural vegetable tannins from bark or other plants instead of toxic chemicals.

The most accurate way to find your belt size is to take a measuring tape and a belt you currently own. Measure (in inches) from under the buckle (where the buckle meets the leather) to the hole you use to close the belt. That value will be the size you need. For example, you measure your belt from the buckle to the hole you use and find it is 36''. This means you need a size 36 belt. If you prefer a little extra hang, add two inches to this value.

The Maverick Belt - Extra Thick 100% American Pebble Grain Bison Leather Belt is a really well-made belt that is sturdy enough to support a large buckle, but yet soft and flexible. It also holds its shape while wearing, shows well, and is extremely comfortable. The removable buckle snaps make changing buckles fast and easy, while the pebble grain allow this belt to be worn with both jeans and more formal slacks with either the supplied buckle, or a dress commemorative Western-style or trophy buckle. Great value for the money spent, and even better with the lifetime warranty!

Bought The Maverick Belt for my Dad as an early Christmas gift because the cheap Genuine Leather belt he had previously was falling apart. The Mav belt is by far a higher quality belt. The Pebble Grain Bison Leather is so nice looking and has such a soft feel. That fact that’s it’s made in Canada is a bonus.

The fact that it’s made in Canada, and that it comes with a lifetime warranty makes it so much better than most other belts that other brands are offering. The maverick belt that I bought is exactly the way I expected it to be! Anyone that knows me, knows I’m better at giving people advice on what they did wrong . I’m happy to say that this is not one of those times . Rather than buy another off the shelf belt I thought I would give NAB a try , the belts looked beautiful with quality material and workmanship. The cognac wilderness embossed belt reminded me of scenes on my Grandparents curtains and the Bison belt feels like luxury , soft and flexible but strong . Well done NAB leather, these are probably my favourite purchase in years .
