These are really gorgeous quality belts. Unfortunately, I ordered 3 belts in my initial order and only 1 of 3 were what I actually ordered. Customer service was quite good. Upon receiving the belts from my original order, one was at least 1.5 inches longer than the other and the belt was not well labeled as to size. I was issued a return shipping label and given the time to decide on what I actually wanted to keep. All in all, amazing belts, great customer service, but to get everything accurate, it took some effort. I still highly recommend these belts for their outstanding quality.
