Handmade in our Toronto studio, Lucille is a full grain leather belt that features a broad, rectangle buckle. It can be worn as a waist belt around a dress or a regular belt around some high rise jeans. A versatile piece you'll love and wear forever.
One solid piece of full grain leather. No bonded belts, period. This results in a belt that minimizes stretch and will never break or crack at the holes. Crafted to last a lifetime.
Department stores carry similar looking belts, but they use imitation leather or "genuine leather" (a marketing term), which hardly lasts a few months. All our belts use only the highest quality full grain leather and are lifetime guaranteed.

MADE IN CANADA, ETHICALLY PRODUCED: Every piece of leather made is from a bi-product of the food industry. We strictly avoid suppliers known to sacrifice animals just for the skin. The leather is tanned using an organic method known as vegetable tanning. This method relies on the use of natural vegetable tannins from bark or other plants instead of toxic chemicals.

The most accurate way to find your belt size is to take a measuring tape and a belt you currently own. Measure (in inches) from under the buckle (where the buckle meets the leather) to the hole you use to close the belt. That value will be the size you need. For example, you measure your belt from the buckle to the hole you use and find it is 36''. This means you need a size 36 belt. If you prefer a little extra hang, add two inches to this value.

Belt is very good quality. Not pleased with the customer service though. I emailed multiple times. First time I emailed, I got no response back. Second time they replied and they were friendly. I asked in my email if this belt had an interchangeable buckle, as I have one I want to put on it. They replied and said yes it is interchangeable. Therefore I bought it thinking I could put my own buckle on it. That was not the case. I can not change it out. So I am kind of disappointed. Overall the belt is really nice and good quality. Won't go wrong with purchasing it if you don't need an interchangeable buckle.

Out of all the belts I've owned this is my favorite! The look is exactly as pictured, it's simple but classy and goes with everything I wear. I wasn't sure what size to get but it turned out perfectly because they were able to put some extra holes in the belt for me :) fits perfectly, looks great! I plan on buying from this store again!
