Exceptional belts, exceptional customer service..... without a doubt the best belts i've ever owned! Customer for life!
Great product great service, had belt for about a year bucket broke had a new one in a few days.
I lost a belt loop somewhere, so I contacted NAB. They sent me a new one that matches the original belt perfectly. It was free. You pay a bit more upfront for belt , but you get access to spare parts later—and the belt is built to last for decades. And the most important stuff is All Made in Canada.
Needed a replacement of my Chrome buckle. NAB sent me this brushed nickel version and I absolutely love it. Nicely done NAB!
ordered a 34 belt when I receive put it on seems a little short , or maybe I’m not used to wearing a well fitted belt, but the belt the buckle has corrosion so I sent them a email with a picture of the buckle with no problem they sent me a new buckle these buckles are solid just like their belts on 50 years old. I feel like this is the last belt I need for the rest of my life? THANK YOU , NAB

The buckle on my long hauler belt broke after 2 years of use. When I contacted NAB they asked that I send a picture of the broken buckle. When they received the picture they said they would warranty the buckle and sent me a new one promptly free of charge. Excellent customer service!
Had to get another buckle replaced on warranty and NAB, once again, made it easy and fast.
It's a great quality belt buckle, unfortunatly it didn't fit on my belt, so I don't have a purpose for it. They still offered me a refund, and th customer service is exellent. I made the belt, it wasn't theirs or anyone elses.
I appreciate the longstanding warranty relationship that NAB Leather offers. Nobody thinks that 2 years after their buckle fails that warranty is even an option. Appreciate the prompt service and follow-up as well. Thanks, NAB Leather!!

I bought a NAB leather belt back in 2021. Three weeks ago the buckle broke. I turned to NAB to know where I could get a new buckle and learned that my belt had a life time warranty. They sent me a new buckle free of charge. Unfortunately it was sent to my old address. I contacted them to ask another belt buckle be sent to me and of course I would pay for it with the shipping. Well NAB did send me another buckle once again free of charge. This is one of the best customer service I have had with any product. Kudo to your service departement. JPB

After my buckle breaking, I looked online on the NAB website to see if warranty applied in this case- it did! I sent an email to NAB and they replied very quickly. I did send a picture of the broken buckle. The team said they would replace the buckle, and about 10 days later it showed up via Canada Post. It’s now on my belt and is being used daily!! These guys are awesome, they take pride in their products. They stand the test of time. Unlike everything else in this world that is cheap and disposible. Those belts are top notch quality. I would even say the two belts I own from them are the best I've ever had.

The leather wrap on the buckle came apart. NAB immediatley sent a buckle replacement. It was an easy fix on our end once we received it. Thank you for the stellar customer support.

NAB leather was phenomenal when the found out I had an issue with one of the buckles on a belt I had purchased from them. They immediately sent a replacement buckle to me. Their customer service is second to none.
I wrote a couple of years ago that I believe I found a lifetime belt from NAB leather. To this day, I still believe it. I had a minor problem with the belt buckle and I wrote to NAB about it. I got a very quick reply and they sent me a new buckle the next day. They stand behind their product and I would have no hesitation recommending the company to anyone wanting a great quality belt.
The buckle is solid and substantial. Great quality!

The only ever issue I've had with a NAB belt was that on one on of them, the buckle failed. To be fair, I'm husky (and my wofe says I was wearing something that may have been undersized for my frame, although she used different words.) So I ordered a new buckle. It arrived really quickly, and like the belt, it's fantastic. I LOVE the two NAB belts I have. Absolute amazing quality. They seem to be from another time, when quality and workmanship truly mattered. 10 out of 1 0 recommend!
The belt itself is great, very nice leather. I received a buckle with some deep scratches in it however, so I reached out to their customer service team who promptly sent me a replacement buckle right away. Thanks again Victoria!
