The Harvey Dent reversible belt is very elegant-looking. Unfortunately, I did not follow the instructions given for determining the correct size and I ordered one that was slightly too long. I sent an email to the address indicated on my notice of delivery and received a response within an hour. Instead of exchanging it, Eddie made a video showing me how I could shorten it myself. It was much easier than packing it up and sending it back for an exchange. Great product and great service!

The belt itself is very good and likely of excellent quality. The picture of the original belt and it's buckle appeared to be more of a copper or dull buff finish. I was disappointed with the chrome finish. Probably because I'm a senior at 68 years. Chrome isn't really my thing when it comes to a buckle. Cheers none the less.

It was a Christmas present so as just opened and put on. So far so good and he's happy with it. I was a bit underwhelmed when I opened the box it came in. No protective wrapping of any kind or a packing slip...just in a plain cardboard box. That's ok as it was staying here but if it was to be shipped as a gift..welllll!!

Belt is great. Dressy, but low key. Normally reversible belts are pretty bad, at least bad on one side. I wear this belt for both sides and have received numerous compliments. It's a sharp looking belt.

The Belt and the organization exceeded my expectations by delivering a quality product in reasonable a time frame. The organization was very responsive when I ordered the one size too small for the belt (I forgot add to 1 size to my waist measurement). Super useful for my lifestyle! Matching belt with shoes is a must in Tokyo(where I love) and I need to switch between shoes at the office which can be brown/black.
