Each open-box tote may be a customer return, showroom item, photography sample, or a bag with a minor cosmetic imperfection. This may include light scratches, subtle scuffs, natural leather variations, small hardware marks, gentle creasing, or signs of brief handling.
Every bag has been individually inspected by our team to ensure it is clean, fully functional, and ready for everyday use.

Open-box totes will not have major structural damage, broken hardware, torn compartments, or problems that prevent normal use.
The product photographs show the standard design and colour of the tote. Because every open-box bag is different, the exact cosmetic marks on the bag you receive will vary.
