The most accurate way to find your belt size is to take a measuring tape and a belt you currently own. Measure (in inches) from under the buckle (where the buckle meets the leather) to the hole you use to close the belt. That value will be the size you need. For example, you measure your belt from the buckle to the hole you use and find it is 36''. This means you need a size 36 belt. If you prefer a little extra hang, add two inches to this value.

My son gave me a NAB belt for Christmas a couple of years ago. I loved it. However, it was much longer than I needed. We neglected to read the fine print and ordered more to my waist size than to the recommendations. My mystery belt size is much more suitable and I can’t see any indication about why it might have been labelled as less than 100%!

I bought two at the same time, and I am very happy with the fact I got two different ones (colour-wise). I don't know if that is the norm but the "flaws" are not really noticeable. I had to REALLY look for them and even then I am not sure if what I found was the flaw haha Gorgeous belt and feels very comfy

As I already explained the issue with the previous belt was probably an unsnapped snap which held the belt buckle on. The replacement belt on examination had one snap undone. Therefore you may have a very small manufacturing issue. The belts are great and I’m very impressed with your customer service.
I ordered two hand-picked belts and a mystery belt, and the mystery belt turned out to be my favorite of the lot. I'm not sure what defect prevented this from being sold normally, but I could not spot it. This is a great deal, especially on sale.

I had a small issue in the 2-belt mystery box deal when NAB accidentally sent me one woman belt in the lot. CS rep Victoria graciously took care of the issue, and a replacement was promptly sent. Absolutely wonderful belts, even though it was their less than perfect box. At a glance, they looked perfect. It took a closer look to find a scratch/ scuff mark, or a cut angle that was a bit off. Showed the belts (was a BOGO sale) to my dad and he ordered the double mystery for himself.
