I absolutely love my Burgundy Empress purse. The craftsmanship is incredible. There’s more than enough room for glasses and sunglasses, Nab wallet, hand cream, brush etc. The burgundy is very rich looking!! Hannah and Victoria were both amazing, responding to all of my questions in a timely and courteous manner. As a senior, customer service is most important to me, as most companies don’t offer such services these days. Thanks for everything, Linda.

This is a really nice bag…the perfect size and nice genuine leather material. The one con….the strap is too short. I can’t wear this as a cross body.
The leather looks stamped/coloured with pebbles look, not truely pebbled. The zippers are cheap, the interior lining is cheap plasticky feeling. Just generally looks and feels cheap, like something I’d buy from walmart for $20.
Beautifully made purse! When I reached out to the company with an inquiry about being able to order a longer strap to be able to use it as a crossbody style they actually got back to me and are looking into it. Fabulous customer service we have bought belts from them and their quality is excellent

I love my burgundy Empress bag! Very happy with the colour and the quality of the leather and the stitching inside. It looks very elegant and is the perfect size. I also love the look of the Empress in black and would definitely buy it once it comes back in stock!
I got this purse as a birthday gift for my wife. It is the perfect size, shape and colour and she loves it. She uses it everyday.
