Use a measuring tape to measure around the neck where the collar would sit. Insert 2 fingers for a comfortable fit. This measurement is your dogs neck size. For example, if your dog's neck measures 16'', then you will order a neck size of 16''.
Your dogs neck size will be the length of the collar from the start of the buckle to the middle hole. We will place 2 holes on either side for a total of 5 holes allowing for a precise and comfortable fit.

Zuko loves his new collar!! This is made of a great quality leather and I'm so glad it's used with a pet-safe vegetable tanning for the colour. Since this is his first leather collar, we tried introducing it slowly, but he accepted it fairly quick. Great collar.
The collar looked nothing like the pictures. It was nearly impossible to take off my dog too. The latch was super finicky and the leather was so thick I thought I’d have to cut it off him.
So even though I measured Kalii's neck this collar is too big for her. I will need to take it to the shoe maker to have it sized for her. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. The good news is she loves the collar. She comes to me to have it put on. Her other one from collar direct Amazon fit her but wasn't strong enough for her. We really love the collar. Collar is beautiful. The sizing works but not measured how it was described to be. The collar is on the last hole instead of second to last or middle like I thought it would be. It works thankfully.
Poor communication from NAB. I had to track them down only for them to tell me ‘my order couldn’t be fulfilled.’ Will never use again, and will NEVER consider using again.
Our dogs love these in the 3 different sizes we got it for them in!
