If you're looking for a strong, durable dog collar made from premium leather, then you've found the perfect collar! Handmade in our Toronto workshop, our collars are made from vegetable tanned, chemical free full-grain leather.

Protect your dog from synthetic and chemically produced materials. All our leather collars use only the highest quality veg tanned (bark tanning, chemical free) full-grain leather and are built to resist wear and tear from being worn daily. The leather will age beautifully with your pet. 

One solid piece of full grain leather. The stitching here is purely aesthetic (no bonded leather). This results in a collar that minimizes stretch and will never break or crack at the holes.

DETAILS:

ALL SIZES AND PRECISION FIT: Our collars are is 3/4'' wide for smaller dogs (neck size 10'', 12'', 14'') and 1'' wide for larger dogs (neck size 16'', 18'', 20''). Your dogs neck size will be the length of the collar from the start of the buckle to the middle hole. We will place 2 holes on either side for a total of 5 holes allowing for a precise and comfortable fit.

PREMIUM QUALITY: Imported Italian full-grain leather is taken right from the hide and handcrafted. You won't find a better collar construction.

MADE IN CANADA, ETHICALLY PRODUCED: Every piece of leather made is from a bi-product of the food industry. We strictly avoid suppliers known to sacrifice animals just for the skin. The leather is tanned using an organic method known as vegetable tanning. This method relies on the use of natural vegetable tannins from bark or other plants instead of toxic chemicals, keeping your precious dog healthy and safe!

Use a measuring tape to measure around the neck where the collar would sit. Insert 2 fingers for a comfortable fit. This measurement is your dogs neck size. For example, if your dog's neck measures 16'', then you will order a neck size of 16''.

 

Your dogs neck size will be the length of the collar from the start of the buckle to the middle hole. We will place 2 holes on either side for a total of 5 holes allowing for a precise and comfortable fit.

Made in Canada, not China! This is REAL leather, not that crap you get now a days. I ordered one from Amazon that said real leather. Should have said real garbage. Tore within 1 day. Returned and bought this from NAB. It was more expensive, but as they say "you get what you pay for." Very satisfied and would recommend.

Trailblazer - Brown Stitched Premium Leather Dog Collar - Made in Canada

I ordered the brown Trailblazer collar 10 inch for my miniature schnauzer. He is about 14 pounds and it fits him on the second smallest hole. The leather and the hardware are beautiful and clearly very high quality. My dog is four years old, and I am confident that this will be the last collar he will ever need. The sticker price seems high, but I have been buying regular synthetic collars at the pet store every year, so this will be more economical in the long run. I will likely be ordering a leash to go with it in the future. I also have another miniature schnauzer. He is older and weighs about 18 pounds. For his neck, I would probably need the 12 inch. The collar is true to size, so if you measure your existing collar, just order the same length. I am very pleased with this purchase.
